On May 27, the men graduating from The Foundation Program gather to be recognized for the work they chose to confront honestly. Over 12 sessions, these men faced patterns, fears, distractions, inherited identities, internal conflict, and the ways they had drifted away from themselves. This night marks the men they are now becoming. Join us for a powerful live virtual evening and witness what happens when men stop negotiating with themselves.

A RARE GATHERING OF MEN WHO STOP DRIFTING.
A night of brotherhood, truth, clarity, gratitude, acknowledgment, and real reflection. The graduating men will speak openly about:

Returning graduates come back to honor them, acknowledge them, and reconnect with the truths and standards they reclaimed themselves.

THE MAN ACROSS THE RIVER
Throughout The Foundation Program, men reconnect with what we call:
THE MAN ACROSS THE RIVER.
The man they know they are capable of becoming. The river represents the fears, beliefs, emotional patterns, distractions, internal conflict, and unresolved experiences standing between where a man is now and who he knows he could become.
Over 12 sessions, these men worked to close that distance. Not through fantasy, cheerleading, rah rah rah, or empty motivation. Through honesty, structure, brotherhood, deep reflection, and deliberate practice. Many men entered the program lacking clarity, direction, confidence, or internal alignment. What they found was not another identity to perform. They found greater clarity about who they actually are.

This gathering brings together men at different stages of the path.

Returning men coming back to honor them and rekindle their own fire.
